Mint Brook is our beautiful, wooded, Christian Camp in

Central Newfoundland , located near Gambo Pond.

Just a few minutes drive from the Gambo intersection on

the Trans Canada Highway will bring you to our “special Place”.

Retreats, Educational events , Day and Summer Camps -

Mint Brook offers endless hours of activity and recreation.

We would love to have you come see us in person as well!

We serve parishes, church groups, family groups and of course children , with our

summer camp program and modern facilities.
For The Youth …Each activity is well-planned and safely supervised to

help campers learn physical, social, mental, and spiritual lessons. Your child's

health and safety is our utmost concern and every possible precaution is taken

to ensure a safe time at camp.

Our mission is to promote the ministry of the church by providing a camp

setting that exalts Jesus Christ; a place where people can gather to exercise

body, mind and spirit for personal growth in the beauty of God's creation through

recreation, outdoor learning activities, fellowship, nurture and the worship

of our Lord .

Go camping at Mint Brook! Lives are changed at camp!

Summer will be here soon!  We are looking forward to another camping session, and

the chance to see old friends and start making new ones .

This is always a fun filled weekend of fellowship and learning. For some reason men tend to need more encouragement to attend these kind of events than our women do, so please try to get your men involved. Our director is the Rev. John Watton .  The weekend is usually very informal. In the evenings it is common to see a Bible study going on in one corner, a card game in another, while another bunch sit around and tell stories or listen to a couple of fellows play a guitar and accordion. There is always someone else preparing a lunch of homemade bread and bottled moose or rabbit
